This piece is made with mixed media, with varying green tones and textures adding depth. Gold details and layers of pastel colours add a sense of luminance. There are small details of colour throughout to add interest up close.
 
I painted this with zero expectations or ideas of how it would turn out, just enjoying the process and experimenting with different textures and effects.
